Sometimes the hardest thing isn’t doing the work; it’s giving yourself permission to start.
Let’s be real, life can feel like a lot sometimes. Between work, school, relationships, mental health, and trying to figure out who you even are in the middle of it all, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or stuck. That’s where I come in: to help you sort through the chaos and find your way to a life that actually feels good for you.
My name is Jessica Poncer, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 10+ years of experience in the mental health field. I’m all about self-care, balance, and helping you find your voice — whether that means setting boundaries, learning to say no without the guilt spiral, or figuring out what you want outside of everyone else’s expectations.
My therapy style is strengths-based, mindfulness-focused, and down-to-earth. We’ll laugh, we’ll dig deep, and I’ll be here to remind you that it’s okay to take up space in your own life. We’ll work on the stuff that matters to you, whether it’s managing anxiety, unpacking life’s chaos, or just finding ways to make things feel a little less heavy.
I believe therapy should feel like a mix of practical tools, honest conversations, and a safe space to just be yourself. You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported. If you’re ready to take that first step toward creating a life that feels meaningful, I’d love to help you get there.
