Using Illinois Medicaid
We work with Illinois Medicaid and its managed care plans for children, teens and adults. Therapy is available in person in Wheaton or Chicago, or by telehealth from anywhere in Illinois. Before your first visit, we'll confirm your plan and let you know if there's any cost to you.
If your child is under 21, has Illinois Medicaid and needs more support at home, school or in the community, our Pathways to Success services are available at no cost to families who qualify.
Medicaid renewals and plan changes can be stressful. If your coverage is up for renewal or your plan has changed, let us know. Our case management team can help you work through the paperwork so your care isn't interrupted.
Using private insurance
We bill your insurance directly for covered services. Before your first visit, our team checks your mental health benefits and walks you through what we find. A few things that are good to know about your plan:
- Your deductible. How much you pay before insurance starts to cover sessions.
- Your copay or coinsurance. What you pay for each session after that.
- Telehealth coverage. Most plans cover video therapy, but it's worth confirming.
- Any limits or referrals. Some plans limit the number of sessions or need a referral first.
You don't have to figure this out on your own. Our team can help answer these questions with you.
Paying on your own
If you don't have insurance, or you'd rather not use it, you can pay for therapy yourself. Call us at (630) 635-0577 for current self-pay rates and we'll talk through your options.
Good Faith Estimate: Under the No Surprises Act, if you don't have insurance or aren't using it, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of your care before you start. Just ask us. You can learn more at cms.gov/nosurprises.
Payment we accept
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
