Healing does not require perfection. It begins with one courageous step toward change.

Hello, I am Monique Collins, and I believe therapy should be a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

I earned my master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling at Alabama A&M University and have over two years of experience providing therapy in outpatient and crisis settings. I am currently working toward obtaining my Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in Illinois.

I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and other emotional challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to help clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
