Practice Specialties
Healing is more than just moving past pain—it’s about reclaiming your story, finding your voice, and embracing the life you deserve.
Hi, I’m Brittany Goodwin, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master of Arts in Couples and Family Counseling, and I am passionate about helping individuals grow to their fullest potential by navigating personal challenges, easing emotional burdens, and building a healthier mind.
I work with individuals of all ages and genders, supporting those experiencing depression, anxiety, PTSD, self-harm, suicidality, grief, family conflict, and relationship issues. I also provide care for survivors of sexual assault, sex trafficking, and individuals who have experienced complex trauma. My therapeutic approach integrates Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to create a personalized path toward healing.
I believe every client’s story is unique, and my goal is to offer a compassionate and supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether working through life transitions, relationship struggles, or deep-seated trauma, I strive to help individuals reconnect with their strengths and values, guiding them toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
