About Blue Kite Wellness

Therapy that fits into your life, not the other way around

Some weeks you need a quiet room away from home. Other weeks, getting across town just isn’t happening. Work runs late, the kids are sick, or getting out the door feels like too much. That shouldn’t be the reason you stop getting help.

With Blue Kite Wellness you can meet your therapist in person, by telehealth, or a mix of both. You keep the same therapist either way, and you can change formats when your life changes.

What we help with

Our therapists work with kids, teens, adults and families, using proven approaches like CBT, DBT and play therapy for younger children.

Anxiety and stress

Worry that won't switch off, panic and trouble sleeping. We help you understand what's driving it and calm it in ways that hold up in real life.

Depression

Feeling heavy, flat or stuck, and losing interest in things you used to enjoy. We help you take the next small step, then the one after that.

Trauma and PTSD

Painful experiences that still shape your days, worked through at your pace, with you in control of what you share.

Kids, teens and families

Behavior, school stress, big feelings and family conflict. We work with kids and parents together.

ADHD and focus

Practical tools for attention, organization and emotions, for kids, teens and adults.

Grief and life changes

Loss, divorce, moves, new parenthood and other big transitions. Support helps you find your footing again.

Your choice

In person or telehealth?

Which option is right for you?

In person is often the better fit if you don’t have a private space at home, if your child is young and does best with play-based therapy, if you’re going through a crisis, or if your internet is unreliable.

Telehealth works well if your schedule is tight, you live farther from our offices, leaving the house is part of what’s hard, or you’d simply rather talk from home. Sessions can be by video or by phone.

Not sure? Your therapist will help you decide, and you can switch whenever it makes sense.
