Practice Specialties
Are you ready to transform your life, one thought, brushstroke, or belief at a time?
Hi, I’m Samantha (Sam) Nolan, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Board-Certified Registered Art Therapist, committed to providing a down-to-earth and approachable therapeutic relationship where my clients see their progress and feel the impact of the work they do
I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution-Focused approach, an individualized process that helps clients meet their specific goals by changing thoughts, beliefs, and actions from this point forward. I believe that a committed therapeutic relationship is essential for success, and I aim to create a space where clients feel valued, respected, and confident to take on life’s challenges.
In addition to talk therapy, I specialize in Art Therapy, a hands-on approach to therapy that offers a unique way to process emotions, reduce anxiety, and cultivate emotional resilience. Art Therapy is a unique approach to therapy that allows individuals to communicate their thoughts and feelings through interventions like drawing, painting, and collage making, which may be difficult to verbalize.
My previous experience working with both groups and individuals has taught me that a little bit of guidance and reframing can do wonders to help others change their lives in significant ways, and I’m passionate about meeting my clients where they’re at and equipping them with the tools and knowledge they need to move through challenges and improve their lives.
