Intensive Home Based Clinicians & Support (IHB)
As part of our Pathways to Success team, In-Home team provides therapy in the home and community setting to children and families navigating complex emotional and behavioral challenges.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field with two years of experience. Or Bachelor’s Degree with two years of experience for Support Clinicians.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver therapy in family homes or community settings. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with therapeutic mentors, family peer supporters, and care coordinators. Maintain accurate documentation and Medicaid compliance. Training provided.
Therapeutic Mentor (TM)
Therapeutic Mentors provide skill-based coaching and support to youth in real-world settings, helping them strengthen emotional regulation, executive function, and positive behaviors.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma and 1+ years of experience working with youth. Experience in education, behavioral health, or coaching is a plus.
Key Responsibilities: Implement structured activities to build coping, communication, and life skills. Support goals identified by the therapist and care team. Work with youth in home, school, and community settings. Provide session notes and progress feedback to the team. Training provided.
Family Peer Support (FPS)
Family Peer Supporters are parents or caregivers with lived experience raising a child or loved one with mental health or behavioral challenges. You’ll serve as a mentor, advocate, and guide for other families navigating similar journeys.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. Must have lived experience as a caregiver of a child with behavioral health needs.
Key Responsibilities: Empower families to advocate for their child and access services. Co-facilitate treatment meetings and team-based planning. Share your personal story to build trust and inspire hope. Assist in crisis planning and skill-building for caregivers.
Outpatient Therapist
Our outpatient therapists provide individual, family, and group therapy in our office or via telehealth. This role is ideal for clinicians who want to focus on traditional therapy in a structured, supportive environment.
Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field.
Key Responsibilities: Provide evidence-based therapy to children, teens, and adults. Maintain a caseload of clients in-person or virtually. Create individualized treatment plans and document progress. Participate in supervision and staff collaboration.
