Our administrative team handles referrals, client onboarding, billing, operations, marketing, and insurance tasks, allowing our clinicians to focus solely on providing exceptional care. Our facility boasts a serene ambiance, including amenities like a “Healing” lounge where clients can indulge in herbal teas and treats before sessions, as well as our “BETTER DAYS” room designed for client and clinician self-reflection.

We are currently seeking fully licensed clinicians (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PhD, or PsyD) to join our community in Wheaton, IL. The ideal candidate will embrace our healing culture, seek dynamic professional relationships, value holistic wellness, and exhibit a passion for expanding mental health access in our community.

Requirements for this position include a Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or couples and family therapy, an active, unrestricted professional license in Illinois, experience in providing psychotherapy services, availability for a minimum of 15 clinical hours per week including evenings and weekends, proficiency in basic technology skills, and a demonstrated commitment to professional growth.
